Reporting directly to the CFO, the Global VP, FP&A will play a critical leadership role in supporting a high-growth, entrepreneurial business. This highly visible position partners closely with the CFO, COO, and executive team to manage the company’s financial performance, drive strategic planning, and shape the long-term financial outlook.
This leader will define financial objectives and KPIs that create accountability and accelerate performance across a complex, matrixed organization spanning multiple regions, product lines, and go-to-market motions. In addition, the role will support key strategic initiatives, including M&A, investments, and operational optimization. The ideal candidate is energized by the opportunity to transform and scale a global FP&A function to support growth beyond $1B in revenue.
- Partner with the executive team to develop and operationalize the company’s strategic roadmap, growth targets, and performance KPIs across all business lines and geographies
- Lead the annual revenue and expense budgeting process, along with rolling forecasts; establish rigorous processes, cadence, and discipline around data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Investor Relations, M&A, and Analytics to support month-end close, quarterly earnings releases, and ongoing forecasting and reporting requirements
- Design and implement appropriate financial models and methodologies to track key metrics, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable forecasts
- Analyze monthly financial results and trends to provide operational insights, risk assessments, and performance recommendations to business leaders
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing global FP&A organization that enables profitable growth and strategic decision-making
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of progressive FP&A or finance leadership experience, ideally within a global, scaling B2B technology or SaaS company
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and KPIs, with expertise in target setting, financial modeling, and identifying key value drivers
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the agility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment; forward-thinking and open to innovation and transformation
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and build credibility at all organizational levels
- High energy, resilience, and strong action orientation, with a demonstrated drive to create impact and lead change
- Unquestioned integrity and sound judgment; able to make difficult decisions, build trust, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders
- Low ego, highly collaborative, and apolitical; capable of working across diverse leadership styles while prioritizing the organization’s long-term success
- MBA, CPA, or other relevant advanced degree or credential preferred but not required
