Steve Joined Lyneer Search Group in 2001. He helped establish the accounting and finance group and has been instrumental in helping the firm grow and develop to its current state. Steve started out his career as a CPA in public accounting, then transitioned into the accounting and finance recruitment industry. Steve enjoys developing new relationships and assisting long standing clients with their strategic recruitment and staffing needs. Steve’s practice is focused on accounting and finance operations across a diverse industry mix.
Outside of work Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters at the beach, saltwater fishing and boating.
Scott joined Lyneer Search’s Philadelphia office in 2003 as one of its first executive recruiters and has been instrumental in growing the firm to its present day capabilities. Most significantly, Scott is responsible for expanding Lyneer’s presence in to NYC including establishing, growing and managing the Manhattan office.
As a former CPA and Big 4 auditor, Scott’s practice is centralized on supporting accounting and finance operations with a keen focus on those within the insurance industry. Scott enjoys partnering with a select number of clients, forging a broad yet deep relationship with them. This approach positions Scott to solve all of his clients’ talent challenges from executive-level to staff-level needs.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys sports and outdoor activities with his wife and three children including volunteering as a coach for their youth leagues. He is active with a number of charities and nonprofits including ACP which helps transition U.S. Veterans and their spouses to the civilian workforce. An active Penn State alumnus, Scott lends his expertise in the employment market as a mentor and occasional guest speaker.
Vince joined Lyneer Search in 2006 and has an expertise in wealth management, insurance, financial services and pharmaceutical industries. Vince is a highly effective relationship manager with both his clients and those he engages is their respective career search. Vince holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh where served in a leadership capacity as captain of the football team. Corinne is a dynamic, self-motivated Executive Recruiter and Client Relationship Manager. She consistently develops innovative approaches and effective strategies to progress Lyneer Search’s brand recognition, employee engagement and talent acquisition. She has a passion for driving and optimizing success at an individual and organizational level.
Outside of work, Corinne is an active member in the philanthropic community, raising money and awareness in the MS Society through charitable events. She is also an Alpha Phi, Eta Tau Chapter Alumnae of SUNY Cortland where she acquired a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies.

Garrett joined Lyneer Search in 2013 and leverages more than 20 years of building relationships with high-performing professionals at all levels to assist clients in achieving staffing needs across multiple disciplines from accounting/finance, marketing, HR, IT, and project management to name a few.
Garrett began his career in public accounting, he is an alumnus of PwC, Deloitte, and KPMG. He has been an auditor, tax consultant and a forensic specialist. Garrett has also spent time with the talent acquisition teams of KPMG and PwC. Because of this foundation, Garrett’s approach is client facing therefore prides himself in understanding his clients and partnering with them to find the right hire.
Out of the office, Garrett is always helping someone or something. One of his causes is raising money for cancer fighting charities. Garrett is a graduate of the Lebow College of Business at Drexel University.
James has an innovative approach and unique ability to understand his candidate’s and client’s needs. He has built his reputation in the industry on providing high performing professionals with the insights and career advice which has helped them achieve their career goals. He has developed a strong understanding of the functions he recruits for, as well as the industries and clients he serves. Mike joined Lyneer Search as a Client Manager and Executive Recruiter in 2017. In this role, Mike assists clients in developing sourcing strategies for both short and long-term purposes across a wide range of functional areas. Mike genuinely enjoys getting to know people and understanding the drivers behind why they do what they do. His curiosity and desire to help others leads to placements that befit both his clients and candidates.
A graduate of SUNY Albany, Mike was a member of Pie Sigma Epsilon, a nationally recognized sales and marketing fraternity. In his free time, Mike enjoys playing sports (particularly Monday morning quarterback) and spending time with his family.
Mike joined Lyneer Search’s Philadelphia office in 2018 to develop and build out the regions contract and contract to hire professional services staffing division. With his six and a half years of previous contract recruiting experience, Mike has enabled Lyneer to offer our clients a comprehensive staffing solution that complements our permanent placement division.
Mike graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a concentration in Accounting. He spent nearly 6 years in Corporate Accounting where he gained hands on knowledge of core accounting functions and the daily administrative tasks that follow. This has given Mike a unique advantage in identifying qualified candidates that are well positioned for success, resulting in overall client satisfaction.
Outside of work, Mike is a die hard Eagles fan and enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and three children including hiking, fishing, crabbing, and summer trips to the beach. He is terrible at golf, although he won’t admit it, but is actually a pretty decent bowler.
Mike Seay is a dedicated and dependable Executive Recruiter who works with accounting and finance professionals across multiple industries to help them succeed their professional goals. Mike believes in cultivating long lasting relationships with candidates that provide reliability and loyalty. He utilizes progressive sourcing and communication techniques to find the best quality candidates for his clients. Prior to working at Lyneer, Mike spent 3 years recruiting in therapy staffing and college admissions. Mike has a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from Penn State University and an MBA from Daniel Webster College.
Outside of Lyneer, Mike spends his free time at the gym, going to breweries, rooting on his beloved Philadelphia sports teams, and traveling with his wife.
Nick is a self-motived and diligent Client Relationship Manager and Executive Recruiter. He has filled mid-level to executive accounting/finance positions across a variety of industries. He has been able to partner with companies in different geographic regions of the country deploying techniques including proactive and reactive candidate searches and has assisted in numerous relocation hires. Prior to Lyneer, Nick spent 2 years at Robert Half in their accounting and finance recruitment division. Nick prides himself on his honesty and transparency and feels this has been a driving force in his ability to build strong connections with clients and candidates.
Outside of work, Nick stays active with sports and exercise while also spending as much time as he can with family and friends. He is also apart of several associations for diversity hiring. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Marketing from Ramapo College.
A thirteen-year veteran of Lyneer Search Group, Sean is an active member of the firm’s recruiting and brand advancement strategy. Specializing in their Wealth Management and Insurance sectors, he has successfully executed searches for professionals from the entry level to corporate leadership for Fortune 500 companies and boutique firms alike.
A graduate of Fordham University, he has spoken at his alma mater on behalf of Lyneer to pass along his expertise and tips on the search process for the future finance professionals of America.
Prior to joining Lyneer, Sean was a financial journalist for Institutional Investor News covering the Capital Markets sector. Brooklyn born and raised, Sean is an avid Mets fan and enjoys taking in a ballgame in his spare time.
