We're supporting a leading organization in the technology sector focused on advancing critical infrastructure worldwide. This company provides innovative software solutions that power industries ranging from transportation and utilities to public works and industrial facilities — serving a diverse, global client base.

Location : Flexible – Office-based or hybrid options available in the Pennsylvania area, with occasional travel.

Role Overview:

This strategic leadership position will oversee payroll operations across approximately 50 countries. The ideal candidate will drive global payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while managing a talented team and engaging with cross-functional partners including Finance, HR, Legal, and Tax. They will champion payroll transformation initiatives to support continued growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a global payroll strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Manage payroll processing, benefits deductions, and statutory compliance worldwide.
• Lead global payroll teams and third-party vendors to deliver seamless service.
• Drive integration projects related to mergers, acquisitions, and system enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and audit requirements across jurisdictions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and promote a collaborative culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience (15+ years) in global payroll leadership with multi-country scope.
• Strong knowledge of international payroll compliance, tax, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven track record leading payroll transformations and navigating complex environments.
• Experience with global HR and payroll systems (e.g., Workday, Dayforce).
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
