AVP, Accounting & Reporting


The AVP of Accounting will be responsible for the planning, prep, review, and overall coordination of the quarterly and annual yellow book filings.


Position Summary 


Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial organization as we execute on our vision to build a multi-billion dollar global diversified outsourced services platform. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will be responsible for driving financial performance, guiding capital markets strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting M&A integration as we expand globally.

  

Primary Responsibilities


Strategic Financial Leadership


  • Drive financial strategy in alignment with the company’s long-term growth goals and shareholder value creation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership team.


Capital Markets & Investor Relations


  • Lead all aspects of capital strategy, including equity and debt financing, investor communications, and ratings agency engagement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, lenders, and banking partners.



Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting


  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-range planning.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with SEC and GAAP standards.


Operational Finance & Controls


  • Strengthen financial infrastructure, controls, and systems to support scalable growth.
  • Ensure effective risk management, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.


Mergers & Acquisitions


  • Lead financial due diligence, deal structuring, valuation, and post-merger integration for acquisitions and strategic partnerships.


Global Scalability


  • Build and manage a high-performing finance organization capable of supporting global expansion and operational complexity.
  • Drive automation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across the platform.


 

Qualifications


  • Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance executive of a public company, ideally within the outsourced services, staffing, BPO, or professional services sectors.
  • Experience scaling businesses to $1B+ revenue and leading M&A and capital markets transactions.
  • Deep understanding of financial reporting, compliance (including SEC and SOX), and corporate governance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
